The book is about the establishment of Bilkent University and its library. In the book, Bilkent Universiy Library is analyzed in terms of its building, collection, budget, services, staff and readers. Some applications, which are initiated by Bilkent University Library and considered innovative for Turkish librarianship, are also explained. At the end of the book, domestic and international activities of Bilkent University librarians, and institutional memberships of the Library are listed. Following that, staff relations are demonsrated by pictures under the section "social activities". “In conclusion, the place of Library in the university is discussed.
